currently:
listening to the colour revolt on repeat
reading a mass amount of articles on literacy practices
thinking about what i'm wearing to the "mad men" birthday party (for one of my room mates) this weekend
stoked about getting internet and cable tomorrow
wanting a bag of peanut butter m&ms
i'm really interested in the idea of global citizenship (as i have alluded to in previous blogs). i am currently reading a book on ikeda's philosophy of peace, which discusses global citizenship at length. last night, i read something that i am still thinking about... maybe you should too....
"if a religion is worthy of the name, and if it is one that can respond to the needs of contemporary times, it should be able to nurture in its followers the spiritual base for becoming good citizens of the world."
what does being a "good citizen" mean? is it essential to be this way, to be "good"?
don't you just want to read about this all the time? i love it!

You can wet them and put them in the dryer (but it will probably beat the crap out of them). Or, you can put them in the sun. Supposedly, when they dry it should shrink them up.
